Yes our food is 100% vegan and will be forever.
What are your opening hours?
Our online shop is open 24 hours a day seven days a week which means you can place an order any time you like.
How much is delivery?
Delivery starts at £5.25 for delivery to most UK postcodes including England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. For orders over £50 delivery is FREE!
Do you deliver to Ireland or Northern Ireland?
As of June 2021 we are able to deliver to Northern Ireland. We are not currently able to deliver to the Republic of Ireland due to Brexit.

Why is there a minimum spend?
We are trying to do all we can to reduce our negative impact on the planet. By introducing a minimum spend to order you are reducing the amount of individual road miles your food is having to travel.
Additionally our food is made fresh and shipped chilled and this increases packaging and delivery costs. By having a minimum spend in place we can offset the increase in cost by spreading it across multiple products.
Why order directly from Pie Dealers?
All of our ingredients and products are handmade and packaged by us at the Pie Dealers kitchen in London. This reduces the road miles and fossil fuels burned transporting to supermarkets across the country. It also reduces the amount of time in cold storage as we make our food fresh weekly according to demand.
Can I recycle the packaging?
All of our packaging including gel packs are 100% recyclable and can be reused or disposed of in your household recycling bins.
Will my food arrive chilled or frozen?
Your food will arrive chilled ready to cook or to put in your freezer.
How long will your food keep in the fridge/freezer?
3 days chilled, 3 months frozen.
Are your vegan pizzas and pies suitable for home freezing?
All of our food is suitable for home freezing where it will happily live for up to 3 months.
How long will it take for my delivery to arrive?
We deliver all orders to UK mainland locations within 5 working days via DHL Next Day. All order to non UK Mainland postcodes can take longer depending on the post code.
Where and When can I collect my order?
Collection is from our prep kitchen in NW5 3JA by arrangement only. Please email us with what time/date is most appropriate for you and we will do our best to accomodate you.
What is your returns policy?
We sell freshly made food and we cannot accept returns so all sales are final and no refunds will be processed.
